eTender Botswana reserves the right to adjust subscription fees annually with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
6. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, Mobile Money (Orange Money/Cash Send/Ewallet) or Bank Transfer to eTender Botswana’s designated account (details available on request).
- Card payments are processed via secure payment gateways using industry-standard encryption.
- No card details are stored on our website.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.
- If a user is dissatisfied, they may submit a written complaint to info@etender.co.bw for review.
- eTender Botswana, at its sole discretion, may:
a) deny the refund request,
b) offer a credit to the user’s account, or
c) issue a refund.
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law.
8. Third-Party Advertising & Sponsored Content
- eTender Botswana may display third-party advertisements on our website, including Google Ads banners and sponsored listings from companies offering products or services aligned with tenders, finance, construction, procurement, or related industries.
