This Expression of Interest (EOI) is only meant for companies based In Botswana and with 100% citizen shareholding. Locally based 100% Citizen owned companies with demonstrable experience in provision of advertising audit services. Interested companies must have a reliable track record, minimum of 5 years of experience in the marketing field. The Proposal must be accompanied by the following: 1) Company Profile, 2) Copy of valid tax clearance certificate, 3) Certified valid copies of ID's for Directors and shareholders (in the event a company is a shareholder (Shareholder Company), a Certificate of Incorporation accompanied by share certificates as well as identity documents of shareholders of Shareholder Company must be submitted), 4) CIPA Company extract, 5) At least 3 Reference letters from (past and current reputable clients engaged in the last 5 years) in relation to provision of audit services. Reference letters should include name of organization, value of project, project duration and contacts details, 6) Audited financial Statements for the past 3 years and letter from then bank ascertaining to operational status of the business account, 7) GV's and certified academic certificates of relevant key personnel, 8) Environmental and Quality Management policies.
