Sealed tender offers are invited for a consultancy services contract for monitoring the implementation of the environmental management plan during the construction of infrastructure services in Palapye, Extension 10: Ministry of Lands and Water Affairs.

Site Visit : A compulsory site visit and pre-tender meeting with representatives of the Procuring Entity will take place as follows: The site visit meeting assembly point will be by Palapye Police Station along the A1 on 14th December 2022 starting at 08:45. An attendance register will be marked at the beginning and the end of the site visit.
Requirements : The Procuring Entity is Ministry of Lands and Water Affairs, Project Management Office (PMO), located at the Department of Water and Sanitation Headquarters, Block C, Second Floor, Director’s Office, Plot No. 25019, Old Lobatse Road, Gaborone. The consultancy is estimated to take forty-eight (48) months: • Project Initiation and Planning Stage six (6) months, • Monitoring Services during Construction thirty (30) months, • Defects Notification Period (DNP) twelve (12) months inclusive of Environmental Project Closeout one (1) month. The tender is reserved for 100% citizens owned companies. Procurement Method is: Open Domestic Bidding Method. Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority in the following categories: Code: 313 - Environmental Services, Sub-Code: 01 - Environmental Assessments. In the event of a Joint Venture, the partners) should each have all the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) codes and sub-codes required above.
