Sealed tender offers are invited for the provision of consultancy services for a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) for Segoditshane River Corridor Master Plan (SRCMP). The consultancy is estimated to take three (3) months: • Half (1/2) month - Project Initiation including inception report; • Half (1/2) month - Scoping; • One (1) month - Draft SEA; • One (1) month - Final SEA approved by DEA.

Site Visit : Optional site visit will take place at Department of Town and Country Planning, located at CBD, The Square Building, Plot No. 54381, Gaborone on 12th May 2022, starting at 09:00.
Requirements : The Procuring Entity is Ministry of Lands and Water Affairs, Department of Town and Country Planning, located at CBD, The Square Building, Plot No. 54381, Gaborone. Procurement Method is: Open Domestic Bidding. Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board in the following category: Code: 320 - Urban and Regional Planning, Sub-Codes: 01 and 03. The tender is reserved for 100% citizen owned companies therefore joint ventures or associations or sub-contracting with non-citizen or foreign companies is not allowed. The following Preference Scheme shall be applicable in this tender: Where applicable, the Presidential Directive on Economic Diversification Drive CAB 34B of 2014 shall be applied in the evaluation of the tender. The contractor (or supplier as the case may be) is required to abide by the undertakings given in the Guidelines on Economic Diversification Drive - 2014 published by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry. To benefit from EDD preferences, bidders must include certified copies of EDD Certificate. The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act’s Standardised Conditions of Tender for Services apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents.
