Bidders shall, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be 100% citizen local contractors registered with Ghanzi District Council Community Constituency Projects Contractor’s Database and the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) under Code: 01- Building Construction Works and Maintenance, Sub-Code: 01 - Building Construction, Grade: OC. The Pre-Tender Estimate for the works is P500,000.00. The Presidential Directive CAB II (A) on Economic Diversification Drive (EDD) shall apply to this tender. 15% Price Preferential Treatment for companies owned by youth, women, and people with disabilities shall apply to this tender. The Local Authorities Procurement and Disposal Act, 2008, Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, the Procuring Entity is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer, nor incur any expenses in preparation of this tender thereof
