Those with EDD will have an added advantage. Please attach EDD Certificate. Submission of more than one bid with the same Shareholdings and Directorship is strictly prohibited. Companies with more than one submission will be disqualified from further processing as such act prohibits fair competition and bid fairness as per LAPAD Act section 34 (a, b) and Competition Act section 25 (c).
