Requirements: Open Domestic Bidding. Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana, 100% citizen-owned companies and are within Serowe Administrative Authority coverage shall, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be appropriately licensed to manufacture/produce/supply the required items and registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board: Package: 1 - Code: 212 - General Manufacturers/Producers of Agricultural Products and Related Products Sub-Code: 05 - Agric Equipment, instruments, Spares and Accessories (including tractors) Package: 2, 3, 4, 6 & 8 - Code: 211 - General Supplies, Sub-Code: 02 - Stationery Package 5 & 7 - Code: 213 - General Manufactures/Producers, Sub-Code: 10 - Paper and Paper Boards Package 9 - Code: 211 - General Supplies, Sub-Code: 07 - Sports and Recreation Equipment, Spares and Accessories. Note - Package 5 is reserved for companies domiciled in the SPEDU region. Price margin preference will be applied to deserving suppliers in accordance with Presidential Directive 11(A) of 2010, Economic Diversification Drive (E.D.D) and Local Procurement Scheme (L.P.S); Presidential Directive CAB 19 (B) of 2013 (where applicable). Provision of proof signed by the relevant Department is needed. The Local Authorities Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2009 Conditions and Regulations of Tender shall apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents.
